Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s) with innovative products in the financial and technology sectors are of particular interest. A strong and well connected management team is crucial to any business case. SME’s who focus on using proven technology and business practices to generate market share and scale up operations in developing markets are also of strong interest.
M-CAP does not tend to invest in highly capital intensive propositions, unless there are good prospects to co-invest with equity or debt partners.
